Why Switch To Caffiwa?
Because what you’re drinking right now isn’t real coffee.
Unlike Chicory Blends
Instant coffee trades quality for speed—pre-made, flat, and reduced to just a caffeine hit. Caffiwa gives you a fresh brew in minutes, with real aroma, depth, and body. Fast coffee saves time; real coffee makes it worth it.
Unlike Chicory Blends
Instant coffee is pre-made, flat, and reduced to just a caffeine hit. Caffiwa gives you a fresh brew with real depth and a full experience. Fast coffee saves time—real coffee earns it.
Unlike Distant Roasters
Ordering from far away means delayed delivery, fading flavor, and weaker aroma. Caffiwa is sourced closer, roasted fresher, and delivered faster. Coffee doesn’t age well—distance kills flavor.

Why it tastes different
What we don't put in your bag is as important as what we do.
Most South Indian coffee powder contains chicory — a root filler added to cut costs and add bulk. We don’t use it. Here’s what that means for your cup.
01
No chicory. Ever.
Chicory gives coffee its thick colour and sweetness — but masks the actual flavour of the bean. Our Robusta and Arabica are 100% pure bean. What you taste is the coffee, not the filler.
02
Roasted within the week.
Most powder sitting on a shelf was roasted months ago. We roast in small batches on Monday–Friday and ship within 48 hours. The freshness is the flavour.
03
One estate. Traceable.
Our Wayanad Robusta comes froma single 18-acre estate in Kalpetta. You know exactly where it grew, at what altitude, and when it was picked. Not “estates of Coorg.” One place. One farmer.
Our origin
The coffee that grows at 900 metres doesn't need chicory to taste good.
Wayanad’s altitude, the red laterite soil, and the monsoon-fed shade canopy produce a Robusta with natural depth — thick body, low bitterness, a finish that holds up through milk. We source directly from one estate. No middlemen. The farmer knows when your coffee ships.

From estate to your filter
Four steps. No shortcuts.
Most coffee powder is roasted in bulk, stored for months, and distributed through chains. Ours isn’t.
Step 01
Harvested by hand
Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness from our Kalpetta estate — only the red ones. No strip harvesting.
Step 02
Sun-dried naturally
Dried on raised beds for 20–25 days. No machines. The slow dry concentrates natural sweetness in the bean.
Step 03
Small-batch roasted
Roasted Mon–Fri in 10kg batches. Every batch is numbered and dated. We only roast what ships this week.
Step 04
Shipped in 48 hours
Packed in valve-sealed bags and shipped within 48 hours of roasting. Your bag shows the exact roast date.
Pure Robusta and Arabica from Wayanad, Kerala. No chicory. Roasted fresh. Shipped to South India within 48 hours.
